Michael Sutton has 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of highway, railroad, transit, airport and related facilities. He has an extensive background in transportation projects, particularly mass transit facilities and highways. Prior to acquiring IEI, Sutton held managerial responsibilities with small, medium and large consulting engineering firms. Early in his career, he worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation, developing a solid foundation for the planning and implementation of public work projects.
