The principals of Endow, Incorporated are leaders in the insurance industry with over 30 years experience. In 1992, Endow, with four other principal firms, founded the Premier Network Service Group, which became the first national minority insurance firm with a client base of Fortune 500 companies and large entrepreneurial firms.

Professional Background

Prior to founding Endow, Incorporated, McLeary was a successful agent and sales manager for Prudential Insurance Company of America. During his 13-year career with Prudential, he consistently produced multi-million dollar sales and for several years served on the company's National Pension Advisory Board. While at Prudential, he earned numerous insurance industry and company awards including being named "Agent of the Year" for three consecutive years and "President's Citation Winner." A sought after speaker, he has addressed business and insurance groups around the world including the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table twice.

Education/Awards

Mr. McLeary earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign - Urbana, in 1965. He received the Chartered Life Underwriter distinction in 1972 and has completed advance study in financial sciences at the American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
