Founded in 1987, EMC has successfully utilized its "Total Marketing Concept" approach to customize programs to specifically address each client's needs and to implement comprehensive marketing strategies that generate sales while respecting the culture and sensitivities of the African American consumer.

Professional Background

Eugene began his career as a media department intern at Foote, Cone & Belding in 1968. Six years later, he left to join Burrell Advertising as an Account Supervisor. After compiling a successful track record leading accounts like Coca- Cola, McDonald’s and Brown- Forman Beverage Company, he was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and went out on his own to start the entity that is now E. Morris Communications, one of the country’s largest and most respected African-American agencies.
