Mr. Gaines has over 28 years of experience in Information Technology with 22 years of management and business leadership experience. He has functioned in every capacity of Information Technology consulting. He has worked for such organizations as Sears, Cap Gemini America, Computer Task Group, Inc. and Data General Corporation (now part of EMC). Mr. Gaines started Computer Resource Solutions in 1994.
