Overview
The Alliance of Business Leaders & Entrepreneurs is a non-profit organization, founded in 1992. It is comprised of a select group of leading African American CEOs in the city of Chicago, representing a broad spectrum of business enterprises. The average member has been in business for over 10 years and provides products and services to Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies.
Our Purpose
EMPOWERMENT: to provide a vehicle that represents a unified force and resource in terms of the views and collective influence of African-American business owners within local, regional and national markets and bodies of government.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: to support the growth of each member's business by building relationships (internally and externally), referring business, forming strategic alliances, and sharing information and opportunities (including civic and corporate board opportunities).
MENTORING: to provide direction and outreach, individually and collectively, to the men and women who represent the next generation of African-American entrepreneurs and ultimately, the growth of ABLE
NETWORKING: to provide a forum for dialogue and outreach among members, as well as overall support and encouragement for members and their families.
